Rusty Moore: "Low Volume High Frequency Training Program Is Coming"

Low Volume High Frequency Training Program

Rusty Moore will release his New Visual Impact workout program for 2014. So this site was created to keep you updated on this new system by the man known to be specialized in fitness with aesthetics or the lean Hollywood look.

According to Rusty, the new guide is all about Low Volume High Frequency Training. This basically means training the entire body every day, 5-6 days per week. Rusty has been researching everything he could find on this method for a while now.

But nothing had all the components he was looking for. Everything else out there is geared towards power lifting or Olympic lifting. But since Rusty is specialized in strength with aesthetics, he devised a training routine that will allow you to increase definition while training the same muscle groups every day.

This program will focus on "Compressing Time Frames". You are working the body more often and reducing your overall program time length - close to a month worth of density training into a week. The benefit will be quick strength gains and body definition. A side benefit that is also anticipated is the fat loss aspect.

By adding in cardio with the frequent strength training, it's expected that you'll burn through a lot of glycogen, since it is working all the muscles in the body. Adding in cardio empties out the glycogen reserves to the max.

This new Visual Impact Frequency Training program is expected to deliver phenomenal results for the users. But it's also

expected that it will controversial since it's another new method by Rusty Moore that doesn't conform to mainstream bodybuilding.

Look forward to my Official review of the Visual Impact Frequency Training guide when it is released.
